At Sid Decor, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms:

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
• Certain items (lighting fixtures, electronic items) may have specific return conditions

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service at returns@siddecor.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label
4. Pack items securely and ship using provided label
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items

Refund Methods:

• Original payment method will be credited
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility (unless our error)

Exchanges:

• Available for size or color variations of the same product
• Subject to stock availability
• Price differences may apply for upgraded items

Damaged or Defective Items:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of damage or defect
• Full refund or replacement at no additional cost
